Lucky4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms carefully before using lucky4d's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
These terms apply to all lucky4d platform users accessing the service from Malaysia.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lucky4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use lucky4d's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and lucky4d as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or begin using our services, whichever comes first.
Continued use of the lucky4d platform after any amendments to these terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account creation and security responsibilities
To access lucky4d's full range of services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided during the registration process may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky4d username and password. You must not share your login details with any other party. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, whether or not you authorised it.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the lucky4d platform.
- Each user is permitted only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without warning.
- You must notify lucky4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Lucky4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Platform usage rules and user responsibilities
By using the lucky4d platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law, is fraudulent, or interferes with or damages the platform's systems. Specific prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interfere with platform functions.
- Attempting to manipulate the payment system or game outcomes through any technical means or other manipulation.
- Creating an account using a false identity or impersonating another person.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unauthorised advantage.
Lucky4d reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and withholding account balances, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any of the above rules. Cases involving fraud or illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment, deposit, and withdrawal information
All financial transactions on the lucky4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include local e-wallets such as GrabPay and Boost, as well as internet banking from major Malaysian banks. lucky4d does not accept foreign currency payments directly.
Deposits into your lucky4d account are processed automatically and are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take between one and three business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and account verification requirements.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the lucky4d account holder.
- Lucky4d reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification and security review purposes, in line with our fraud prevention policy.
- Any bank fees or third-party processing charges are the user's responsibility and will not be covered by lucky4d.

Liability limits, account policy, and intellectual property
Lucky4d liability limits
Lucky4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device issues beyond our control. lucky4d's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Account suspension and closure
Lucky4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of a terms breach, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim compensation for any loss of access or foregone winnings. Any valid balance in an account terminated without cause will be returned to the user via the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lucky4d platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, brand names, and software, is the property of lucky4d or third parties who have licensed its use. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or repurpose any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lucky4d.
Third-party links
The lucky4d platform may contain references to third-party services. lucky4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Terms amendments and applicable law
Lucky4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page along with the updated date. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the lucky4d platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
